How has climate change already altered the landscape in California and elsewhere (e.g., wildfires and risks to farmworkers, changing ecosystems such as the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, drought conditions, changes within industries of central importance to California such as oil and gas, renewable fuels, agriculture, and goods movement, etc.)?
