We welcome applications from CAREER-eligible faculty resubmitting a CAREER proposal or submitting for the first time. UCI started running the NSF CAREER Institute at UCI in 2023 and plans to run it annually.<\/p>\n<h3>For Mentors<\/h3>\n<p>Faculty mentors provide peer feedback on draft project descriptions and keep PIs on track. Mentors will lead small group activities consisting of up to seven NSF CAREER grant applicants.
